Not all stock advertised on our site is necessarily available at our retail outlet. Most stock is kept at our warehouse for dispatch purposes. Should you wish to collect your order, or make your purchase at our store, please enquire first.
For orders to be shipped, we will deliver within 7 working days, or sooner if possible. Should we expect a delay for any reason, one of our sales representatives will contact you with details.
For orders to be collected, you will be contacted once the stock has been received from our warehouse.
Please note that at any given time, ICONS holds a large inventory of goods across all categories on our website.
Due to Covid-19 the manufacturing, logistics and supply of goods globally has been inconsistent. However, stock is arriving at our warehouse on a weekly basis and your order will be supplied as soon as possible.
Should the product you have ordered not be available, ICONS will endeavour to offer you an equivalent, or an upgrade where possible. Should we be unable to do so, Icons will refund your purchase.
