I have NEVER in my life got such great service as I did from LèRoy. A person who I've never met,he made and arrangement that I could pay for my keyboard over 2 installments. I forgot about the public holiday and I messaged him and GOT a reply. On Tuesday he despatched the keyboard and I recieved it on the same day, so quickly I didn't even open it yet. And this was all

One of the best customer experience's I have had in a long time. Le Roy at ICONS was my go-to-guy and I ended up with the beatiful Roland FP-30X within a week of messaging him and he was super helpful and friendly the entire time. He was super helpful with recommendations down to product of choice. Also giving credit to Bongani for his wonderful help. ICONS Shop sells nothing but quality equipment. I haven't experienced service of this level in a long time. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by the friendly staff. I made my request and was promptly directed to the correct department. There I was met by Lé Roy who completely blew me away.
They didn't have the item I needed in stock and sadly not the colour I wanted, he sourced it and assured me it would be delivered before Friday (this was on Wednesday) Thursday morning i was contacted and he let me know that he actually found the colour I wanted. The item would be delivered on Friday. To my complete astonishment the item was delivered Thursday afternoon.
